L’estate e’ ormai alle porte e di conseguenza anche la fatidica prova costume si sta avvicinando. E perciò e’ arrivato il momento anche della lotta a uno dei nemici maggiori delle donne: la cellulite. Continua a leggere per scoprire come eliminarla!

Cellulite o Ritenzione idrica?

Spesso questi due termini vengono utilizzati con lo stesso significato, ma in realtà sono due problemi ben diversi! E perciò, prima di combattere queste due situazioni, bisogna conoscerle bene e capire quali possano essere le soluzioni migliori.

Partiamo dal presupposto che chiedere un consiglio ad un esperto, e’ decisamente il miglior modo per iniziare. Detto ciò, esiste un trucchetto “fai da te“, per capire se il nostro problema e’ la cellulite o la ritenzione idrica. Se premete con un dito sulla pelle e si forma una macchia bianca, stiamo parlando di ritenzione idrica. Se invece stringendo la pelle tra le dita si formano dei buchetti, si parla di cellulite.

Ritenzione idrica

Questo problema e’ semplicemente legato ad un accumulo eccessivo di liquido tra le cellule che non riesce a distribuirsi al meglio. Può essere collegata ad uno squilibrio di potassio e sodio o anche agli ormoni. Nei casi più gravi può portare a gonfiori, perciò dovreste assolutamente chiedere consiglio ad un esperto.

La soluzione principale e’ una corretta alimentazione: diminuire il sale, bere più acqua e aggiungere attività sportiva. Migliorando le vostre abitudini, riuscirete sicuramente a ridurre il problema! Un piccolo consiglio se non amate bere “troppa” acqua: provate ad aggiungere un po’ di frutta nell’acqua per creare una bevanda più saporita ma comunque salutare!

Cellulite

Ragazze, consoliamoci, la cellulite riguarda praticamente l’80% delle donne, perciò la compagnia e’ grande. La buccia d’arancia riguarda zone della pelle poco elastiche e le cause sono senza dubbio una scorretta alimentazione, una scarsa attività fisica e pare anche che l’abbigliamento inadeguato (jeans troppo stretti, tacchi alti ecc) influisca negativamente sulla cellulite. Anche in questo caso gli ormoni femminili possono causarne la comparsa, ma non preoccupatevi: le soluzioni esistono!

 

Le soluzioni del Team

Il trucco migliore per sconfiggere la cellulite e la ritenzione idrica e’ la pazienza. Nessun prodotto e’ miracoloso, a meno che non siate costanti e pazienti.

Il team vi consiglia di bere tisane sgonfianti, magari non zuccherate. In particolare sono ottime quelle con finocchio, centella asiatica  e il the verde.

Per l’alimentazione sono molto d’aiuto: frutta (con vitamina C ed E in particolar modo) e verdura (soprattutto asparagi, finocchi ecc). Ovviamente fumare e bere alcolici peggiorano la situazione, quindi sarebbe meglio evitarli.

E lo sport? Il nuoto e’ senza dubbio il migliore, ma se siete poco sportive, approfittatene di queste belle giornate per fare delle camminate, sopratutto con le amiche! Altrimenti su internet trovate un sacco di esercizi mirati all’eliminazione della cellulite. 

Tecniche e prodotti consigliati

Pare che siano molto efficienti la talassoterapia (acqua salata, argilla, alghe), la pressoterapia (massaggio che riattiva la circolazione) e nei casi molto gravi esistono ovviamente trattamenti chirurgici.

Un prodotto molto usato e’ la coppetta di silicone anti cellulite, uno strumento che pero’ va utilizzato con cura ma che se costanti può portare a buoni risultati. Io l’ho usata e continuo ad usarla, perciò Se volete una recensione e un articolo più precisi sulla coppetta, fatemelo sapere nei commenti! 

Ma passando ai prodotti più famosi, senza dubbio Somatoline Cosmetics offre una vasta gamma di soluzioni. Io personalmente ho provato la Defense Body di Bionike con la quale mi sono trovata bene, nonostante non avessi grandi problemi, giusto uno sfizio da togliermi. All’inizio la crema fa pizzicare un po’ la pelle ma la lascia molto liscia, elastica e sana. L’odore e’ molto forte e particolare. Onestamente non avendo grandi problemi, non ho notato neanche grandi miglioramenti, ma in generale la pelle mi e’ sembrata più sana e curata.

Anche i fanghi aiutano a migliorare il problema buccia d’arancia, famosissimi sono i fanghi d’alga Guam.

In conclusione, di soluzioni ne esistono tantissime ma quello che io veramente vi consiglio e’ di non preoccuparvi troppo del “problema” cellulite, anche perché coinvolge tutte le donne, e’ normale! Il rimedio che veramente vi invito a seguire e’ quello di migliorare la vostra alimentazione e se il tempo ve lo permette, fare un po’ di sport che sono senza dubbio i due metodi più efficaci, non solo per la buccia d’arancia ma per la vostra vita in generale!
