Ciao ragazze! Tra i miei buoni propositi di quest’anno c’è anche quello di correre e in questo post vorrei farvi vedere cosa indosso per fare attività fisica e parlarvi anche di TomTom Runner, un orologio sportivo che monitora la corsa e che ho avuto modo di provare.
Dato che amo molto stare all’aria aperta, ho approfittato di un po’ di sole per uscire a fare una corsa. Nel mio outfit oltre a una comoda e calda felpa, un paio di leggins sportivi, occhiali da sole e ovviamente scarpe da corsa, non poteva mancare il mio nuovo alleato. Il design mi piace molto: essenziale, pulito e con un tocco di rosa. Sapete che impazzisco per tutto ciò che è sui toni del rosa, come potete anche notare dal mio intero outfit: dalla felpa viola, ai dettagli salmone delle scarpe. Ho trovato TomTom Runner molto utile, in quanto quando si corre è importante tener controllati determinati fattori come il battito cardiaco, le calorie consumate, la distanza percorsa e il tempo, soprattutto per raggiungere i propri obiettivi. Senza l’orologio, il lavoro fatto risulta molto approssimativo, invece così sono sicura di quello che faccio giorno dopo giorno anche grazie al segnale GPS. Il menù è molto intuitivo, lo schermo grande e ben leggibile e in una sola schermata si hanno tutti i dati fondamentali. Queste caratteristiche sono importantissime: quando si corre è bene avere tutto sott’occhio, senza dover interrompere l’attività fisica. Insomma, ho scoperto un compagno di allenamento utile e allo stesso tempo trendy!

Anche io corro e quando si corre non si dovrebbero mettere abiti pesanti, ma tecnici e traspiranti, da runner insomma. L’orologio lo voglio pure io è fantastico.. ora uso l’iPhone che mi da queste notizie (cuore, distanza, calorie e percorso dall’applicazione Runtastic, ma portarsi dietro il telefono è un pò scomodo anche con quel coso che si mette al braccio. Molto più comodo l’orologio, mio marito usa uno della Garmin ma il tuo è più carino e femminile 🙂
